VINEYARD is mentioned in the Xilinx BLOG

An article entitled "VINEYARD Project gets 2x-10x speedup in Apache Spark Machine-Learning App from cloud-based FPGA acceleration" was published in the Xilinx Blog by Mr. Steve Leibson. 

The article refers to the project's presentation in SPARK Summit 2017 where Christoforos Kachris (VINEYARD's coordinator from ICCS/NTUA) detailed the experiments carried out on accelerating machine-learning (ML) applications running on the Apache Spark cluster-computing framework by developing hardware-accelerated IP.
